I have exciting news…
My Saturday hours are extending!
Appointments will now be available on Saturdays from 9 am-3 pm. Check out the schedule!
Using acupuncture, dietary therapy, herbal medicine, body work, and energy medicine, I work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs and achieve their wellness goals. If needles aren’t your thing, I even have needle-free treatment options especially for you! I want to empower people to invest in their health and wellbeing, help them to feel in control of their bodies, minds, and spirits, and walk with them toward the lives they want to lead. I feel truly honored for the incredible patients I have had the opportunity to work with thus far, and the ways they have welcomed me into their lives. Seriously, I have the best job! I am excited beyond words to be able to expand my hours to make room for more bookings.
There’s no time like the present to start a new phase of your health and wellness journey, and I would love to support you.
If you are interested in learning more about working together, let’s chat! Contact me by phone at 612-787-7257 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. We can discuss your questions, concerns, and health and wellness goals, as well as the services I offer, my approach, and what to expect from treatments. Having information is key to making healthcare decisions!
I know what it’s like to start a new thing — I am embarking on a new phase myself.
This first month in business has been an incredible learning experience, filled with a range of emotions, lessons, and challenges. My days are spent brainstorming, developing, writing, learning, and researching, pulling together information and learning new skills to share with you. The inspiration factor is high.
At the same time, I am learning what it feels like to be making the adjustment from full-time student to self-employed entrepreneur and practitioner. The importance of reaching out to mentors, advisors, and practitioners to seek guidance and support is incredibly clear to me. I am re-assessing my own limits and my work style through a new lens, and re-evaluating the needs of my mind, body, and spirit. I am making efforts to check-in with myself more often about what I want and need, and learning new ways to honor that with the choices I make. I am acknowledging the need for quiet self-reflection and meditation (but I still haven’t gotten over to Common Ground yet this year).
Wow, this setting new intentions thing and forming new habits takes effort and time, doesn’t it? And it’s important to have people to support us along the way.
