Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Constellation Acupuncture & Healing Arts.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through the online scheduling system, or by contacting me directly by phone or email.

In the event of an appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $35 fee.

In the event of a missed appointment (“no-show”) without any notification of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
