Do you offer free or off-street parking at your clinic?

Yes! We have free off-street parking available for patients in two surface lots. Both parking lots are accessed from Cleveland St NE; one lot is located directly next to the building, the other lot is on the other side of Cleveland St NE in the lot designated for the 2112 building. Parking is shared with other building tenants and is first come first serve.

Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?

There are reserved disability parking spots (permit required) in the surface lot directly next to the building. The building is wheelchair accessible and there is a ramp to access the main entrance, however, there is no electric push button on the main entrance door or our clinic door. Please call our 612-339-5088 when your arrive if you need assistance opening the doors.

There is an elevator to access the second floor.

There is a single-stall, all-gender, wheelchair accessible restrooms on the second floor, down the hallway from our suite.

Do you accept insurance for payment?

We do not bill insurance at our clinic. However we do accept HSA and Flex Spend Account cards for payment. More information on payment methods and insurance can be found on our financial policies page.

Do you offer reduced rate or sliding scale appointments?

Should I tip my provider?

At Constellation, we value fair and just treatment of workers and accessible healthcare for all. In line with this, we set our treatment prices accordingly, pay our staff a living wage, and are a no-tipping establishment.

If you feel moved to show gratitude through tipping, consider making a contribution to our Pay-it-Forward Program instead. This helps us continue making reduced rate appointments available. More information about our Pay It Forward program can be viewed on our financial policies page.

What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

To cancel or reschedule, please call the clinic at 612-339-5088 or email us at info@constellationacu.com. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

What if I’m afraid of needles?

We offer a variety of non-needle therapies including: cupping to support pain management, massage and other bodywork therapies, energy work such as Reiki, breathwork to move stagnant energy, and herbal medicine. There’s lots of ways to stimulate self-healing without the use of needles!
