This therapy is often used to relieve tension, support the body's ability to process stress and trauma, and improve overall well-being. 

Because Craniosacral therapy is incredibly gentle and non-invasive, it is a modality that is appropriate for patients of all ages and health statuses. It is typically performed on a fully clothed patient.
